Office Environment
The story with cleaning up the office began a while ago and it is still to be continued. So far we went through the vacuuming process (thanks office team), sorted old computers out (thanks Lucas), took old posters and cards off the walls (thanks Ali), established the whiteboard next to our library (everybody is welcome to put information or interesting ideas on it!), sorted and structured the tremendous amount of flyers (thanks Yolanda) and discovered a new living organisms in the office. The latter is white, fluffy and likes our plants, which is not good. Thus, we will dispose some of the plants infested by parasites.
A big part of cleaning up the office included waste management activities on a small but very interesting level (thanks Yolanda and Stefan)!
Office Hygiene Reminder
Please help us keep the office nice and tidy, safe and clean. With a lot of colds and flu's on the loose, it’s a good time to remind ourselves to makes sure we clean up well after ourselves and minimize contact in the office if we are unwell. Keep your coughing in your hands! Keep SAFE, TIDY & HEALTHY!!
Creativity Corner
We would also like to make you aware of our creativity corner (next to the front desk) that could be used as ‘envelope production area’. Paper, templates and scissors are kindly provided. Due to a huge amount of Festival programs leftovers the idea arose to produce envelopes out of them quite a while ago. So if you ever feel like taking a break and do some environmental friendly handicraft, you are more than welcome (Thanks Cassie). A cup of tea will also be offered :-)!
