The new Council held its first meeting of the year on 1/06/2009 and will reconvene on a monthly basis (first Monday of the month). Current discussion points include: financial audits, accountability & effectiveness policies, Transition 10 initiative and financial analysis of the Festival platform. Council members manage the ongoing development and governance of the Foundation on behalf of the members and in collaboration with the organisation’s collectives.
