Changing the Dream Symposium

Sat 16th February 08 | 10:00am - 11:00am
Feel tent

hosted by | Be The Change

The symposium is an interactive journey that reconnects us with our deepest feelings for the earth and every other living being on our planet. It explores the link between three of humanity's most critical concerns: environmental sustainability, social justice and spiritual fulfilment.

The presentation includes showing leading edge audiovisual presentations of international speakers offering information on the current social and environmental condition, and also includes engaging, experiential exercises with participants.

The aim of the symposium is not merely to learn more about challenges we face, but to reveal and transform the unexamined assumptions that underlie the way we see the world. Participants emerge with a greater appreciation of, and commitment to, what we can do, the purpose and responsibilities of humankind - both individually and co-operatively - to move the world in a new direction. This empowering journey designed to deepen our sense of love, appreciation for life, engaging and inspiring each person to effectively "Be the Change" they wish to see in the world.
