You won't have any trouble catching a cab at the Festival this year, yes the Solartaxi is coming to town. As part of an international tour this 100% solar powered taxi will pull into Federation Square on Friday 15 February for a special visit and showcase.

Louis Palmer is the Tour Director of the Solartaxi and it's the first time in history a solar powered car is driving around the world, without any Carbon emissions.

The Solartaxi will be on display from Friday 15 to Sunday 17 February. A special presentation will launch its arrival on Friday at the Edge at 12pm.
