Description
Greg Donoghue is a product of parents and grandparents who lived through
world
wars and a depression, it was deeply ingrained in him to never waste
anything.
Even using more than the minimum adhesive tape on wrapping presents would
incur
their wrath, so it has never ceased to amaze that him that we waste so much
food. But worse than that, instead of putting that food waste into a place
where
it can be re-used (as composts etc) we choose to throw this valuable
organic, energy-rich resource into landfills where it can do most harm. The sustainable answer is simple: be responsible for your own waste by adopting on-site processing. Compost bins, worm farms and Eco-bokashi recycling bins - even chicken tractors - allow a far simpler, more sustainable and responsible process. these options will be outlined, including Eco Organics latest option for in-kitchen recycling systems. We must all stop sending our food waste to landfill. Green is as green does!
