The choices we make about what we eat each day really can have some major environmental consequences. This workshop invites participants to explore how the food they eat can help find solutions to critical environmental issues such as climate change, water conservation and reduction of chemicals in our ecosystems. Through a lively presentation and interactive games people will leave nourished with practical follow up and tips.
