This is an organic vegetarian cooking demonstration. The seared tofu and olive pesto dish is vegetarian, gluten free, yeast free and sugar free. You will be shown how to make tofu taste good and cook it to perfection. It is an exotic recipe that highlights how good organics really can be. Sun will discuss the nutritional benefits of the individual ingredients and the role of organic food in a sustainable future.

Sun has worked in a range of hospitality environments for 18 years. His diverse roles include service, cooking, menu development, training and management. He is passionate about efficient, sustainable business practices and genuine, nourishing food, healing foods and plant-based diets, and has taught medical students at Monash University.
