Trying to find time for exercise in busy schedules is difficult, but this event will highlight the importance of regular exercise, as well as giving you take-home tips to incorporate physical activity into your daily routine to sustain good health.

Dr David Dunstan and Karen Binks
Dr David Dunstan is the manager of Physical Activity Research for the International Diabetes Institute and Public Health Research Fellow at VicHealth. His groundbreaking research on the benefits of strength-training in people with type 2 diabetes has led to the development of the Lift for Life program. Karen Binks, a living example of the positive effects of a balanced holistic lifestyle, is an accredited exercise physiologist with a Bachelor of Science in Human Movement and Nutrition.
