In this presentation, Dr Rob Hess and Greg Dingle will pose, and seek to answer, some important questions about the sustainability of sport in Australia. Are some sports more sustainable than others? What are individual sports doing to make themselves more sustainable? What does the future hold for sport?

Greg Dingle, Dr. Rob Hess
Dr Rob Hess is sport historian and lecturer in the School of Human Movement, Recreation and Performance, Division of Sport Management and Policy, at Victoria University. Rob's qualifications include BA (Hons), Dip Ed., MA, and PhD. He teaches undergraduate degree subjects and supervises postgraduate students at PhD, Masters and Honours level in the area of sport history. Greg Dingle is a lecturer of Sports Administration at Victoria University. He is currently working on a PhD that looks at the environmental sustainability of sport management in Australia.
