Sharon Monk

For the past 15 years, Sarah has been teaching and playing violin and has been involved in numerous musical projects and bands in her local area. Recently her focus has been on exploring the potential colours, textures and sounds to be created from her violin and voice. Whilst freely drawing from the plethora of sounds from Middle Eastern, Celtic and Gypsy traditions, this is thrown into a contemporary setting of loops and layers of sound.
