After a short introduction this workshop will continue as a yoga class. The participants will be introduced to a holistic practice of yoga and meditation that will positively influence both body and mind. A non competitive activity that is suitable for all to help improve flexibility and muscle tone; release stress; improve body awareness and listening to the messages it sends us; developing concentration and relaxing both body and mind. These classes are always a challenging and rewarding experience where the participants will leave feeling good.

Larissa Azar and Gopal Puri
Gopal Puri is a 'train the trainer' senior yoga instructor and co-director of the Yoga in Daily life centre in Richmond, Melbourne. An ardent practitioner for the past 12 years, Gopal has mastered all 8 levels of the Yoga in Daily Life system. Larissa Azar is a yoga teacher and co-director of the Yoga in Daily Life centre. Larissa has travelled numerous times to India, within Australia & also recently to Europe participating in ongoing yoga training. As a full time yoga teacher she conducts a variety of classes and courses at the yoga school, in workplaces, schools and conducts numerous workshops and retreats for positive health.
