Owen's Oven

Our individually designed mobile overn trailer and marquee are burgundy in colour, tying in with our theme colors of burgundy and gold. We create a warm and inviting atmosphere with the colors of flames, which also dance atop our marquee on festival flags creating eye catching movement and height. Our stall is decorated with rich Moroccan fabrics and light installations and displays which crate much interest from the crowd. Central to the stall is the wood fired oven and the atmosphere created by the falmes is enticing. Flames adorn all signage and displays and our professional and experienced festival staff in uniform black encourage a harmonious interaction with all festival goers making it a wonderful experince for all. But it is our food which creates the biggest buzz. A tray of rustic pizzas pulled straight from the wood fired oven, served atop a flat bamboo leaf, is a wonderful display rewarded by a pure taste sensation. And there is no need to wait for the next as we provide a continuous supply from the oven.
