Living Out Loud is a vibrant and uplifting a'cappella choir specialising in unique arrangements. Based in Clifton Hill, Melbourne their songs, mostly locally written and arranged are contemporary, spiritual, and earthy. Many of the songs feature words by local authors Meme McDonald, Elizabeth Honey and Rosalind Price are about a sense of place and connecting to the elements, the landscape around us and to each other. Living Out Loud has been fortunate enough to have the doyennes of Australian a cappella music directing them. Currently directed by Sue Johnson of Coco’s Lunch, the group was established by Tracey Miller, worked for 8 years with the inspirational Melanie Shanahan as well as Stephen Tabbener. Living Out Loud is joyful, uplifting, and inspiring and makes a positive contribution through music and song.
