Rumourtism is the culmination of years spent jamming, writing, performing and recording between singer/songwriter and rhythm guitarist Bradlee Jennings, lead guitarist Nick Hopkins, drummer Daniel Luttick, percussionist Nick Bene and bass player Daniel Corran. Years of gigging around Melbourne, residencies at countless venues led to the set that would become the band's debut EP- 'Manuia' (cheers in Samoan). Launched at the Evelyn Hotel in October 2007 to a sold out crowd - the doors were shut and the beer ran dry. Through winter 2008, Rumourtism began recording their debut album at Wick Studios in Brunswick, under the guidance of Producer Glenn Scott and Sound Engineer Dan Corless. Throughout the recording process Rumourtism have continued to gig throughout Victoria, supporting Epicure several times regionally and Rogerthat who were on tour from the Gold Coast. Rumourtism have confirmed plans to tour the east coast in March/ April encompassing Sydney, Brisbane and Byron Bay, after a mid 2009 release of their debut album 'Birds of a Feather'
