Tjimba is an inspiration to indigenous children and presents workshops at KODE (Koori Open Door Education) School in Glenroy, Melbourne. Tjimba understands family and culture, sometimes leading his little brothers in a traditional dance troupe. He also presents traditional dance and stories in schools. Tjimba has appeared on a compilation titled ‘Temporary Reflection Visas’ produced by Joelistic for the Footscray Community Arts Centre. His song ‘Hunters and Gatherers’ has been played on national radio Triple J
