'The Waterhole' is written by renowned Australian writer and illustrator Graeme Base. It is a stunning example of his work that depicts different waterholes and animals around the world. As more creatures drink from the pool, the water gets sparser and the land dryer. This book holds a timely message about water's preciousness to all animals and the earth.

Graeme Base has delighted many families over the years with his beautifully illustrated books. This larger than life exhibition will showcase original artworks, information panels, dioramas and includes an interactive drawing area.

Education Day opens the Festival on Friday 20th February and is open to schools that have registered in advance. Upon registration, each school chooses their preferred program.
