Sandra Shen graduated from Communications University of China in 1995, after graduation she worked at CCTV, China's largest television station as an literary and arts director. In 1999 Sandra immigrated to Melbourne and began work at 3CW Chinese radio station as a radio host. While working at the radio station, in 2004 Sandra established the Great Future Chinese Culture School and became the principal of the school. Great Future Chinese Culture School teaches Chinese traditional arts and crafts along with academic subjects for VCE preparations.
