A brief introductory class to some of the health and self-defence benefits of traditional tai chi. Participants will engage in relaxation, breathing exercises and basic form and there will be a short demonstration to give a general understanding of Tai Chi chuan.
The Monash Tai Chi club has been running at Monash for the last 30 years and students have been under the supervision of Sifu John Chow training in traditional tai chi for health, self-defence and self-development.
