What you eat has direct impacts on every aspect of the environment. In this talk, we will look at the impacts of dietary choice on each of our environmental problems today, including fresh water and land use, climate change, energy shortages, habitat loss and extinctions, oceans and even the impact on the human world in both the first world and majority world. The talk includes some dramatic examples of just how big an impact our eating habits can have.
