A sea of plastic knives and forks from the festival could end up in landfill, were it not for the 'wash against waste' feature of the festival. Helen has worked out how many knives and forks that saves and is inviting visitors to get creative with them and to 'pile them up' into a sculpture that will grow throughout the 3 day festival.
