Moreland Energy Foundation is an innovative, award wining community based organisation working with the Moreland community to reduce energy usage amd greenhouse gas emissions. Established by the Moreland City Council, MEFL is the Australian independent, locally based organisation devoted to reducing community greenhouse gas emissions. MEFL has been working with local residents, businesses and community groups since 2002, developing expertise in practical tools for change.
