- The Festival utilises a Wash Against Waste, (WAW) station to reduce the amount of disposable plates, cutlery and cups being used. All our food vendors agree to support the Festival and reduce waste, by using reusable serving items. We aim to effectively increase the positive impact food and beverage supply will have at the Festival by minimising the waste it generates.

SLF manages a Wash Against Waste service which is available to other community events.

- We proactively trade with local suppliers and service providers.

- We reduce power/fuel consumption by switching off unused computers and appliances in our production office.
