Every event should be well equipped to handle accidents or medical-related incidences - particularly those with a large number of attendees. A very basic but imperative aspect of an event, first aid should provide attendees and organizers with peace of mind and personal wellbeing in case there are any incidences.

Those events with a relatively small number of participants, it may not be realistic to hire an external professionally-trained first aid team. However, a readily available and adequate first aid kit would still be necessary under any circumstance.
