This could simply take the form of a brief hand-out which could be distributed to project partners, staff, volunteers, contractors, performers, visitors, media - both prior to and during the event. Other ideas are to create re-usable signage at the event outlining the steps you've made towards improving your sustainability practice.

Organisers could also incorporate a quick quiz in the online registration process with prompts explaining what participants will have to include in their event practices to meet with the guidelines and policies that are in place. Organisers should look to adequately train their staff to communicate these messages effectively to all involved in the event.
