Sustainable events, use of low powered, low heat emitting lighting fixtures has been at the forefront of Pro Light & Sound's environmental policy. They have been quietly setting the standard for successful events since 1989 and over the past five years have added an increasing number of environmentally-friendly products and practices to their inventory of event AV equipment.Tangible and quantifiable reasons for using Pro Light & Sound for your next event:

• They recycle all cardboard at their East Bentleigh warehouse
• They have a huge inventory of LED (Light Emitting Diode) stage and event lighting.  For example, the equivalent of a 300W Par 56 stage light is a 10W LED fixture!!
• Use of highly efficient, smaller sized, yet very powerful sound systems that fit into a regular-sized van, eliminating the use of trucks on the roads.
• In 2010 will roll out a Carbon Offset strategy.
