Jessie Alice from Leftover Lovers, will show you how to avoid food waste by creatively using what’s on hand to make simple, yet delicious, every day meals.
You’ll learn to utilise stem-to-roots of your vegetables, work with scraps and save ingredients for later. Attendees will make their own easy bread and a jar of infused goodies.
Reducing food waste makes economic sense at the small scale, by lowering household food spend and at the large scale by reducing the amount of useable food sent to landfill.
