Transforming cities to support ecological health and societal wellbeing, whilst connecting locally and globally. This event is put on by NENA as part of the Collaborative Futures Festival.

Human wellbeing and survival in the 21st century depend on the ability of our cities to transform. Cities are intricately bound into our global commons that which we mutually depend on for our survival and wellbeing. Explore how cities might transform into Planetary Cities with low carbon economies, operate within planetary ecological boundaries, foster open-source movements, and collaborate city-to-city to mutualise knowledge, resources and strategy. Local sharing, such as sharing sheds and tool libraries, and new food production systems are vital to transforming our cities. Join us to explore all this and more!
