At the crossroads of wellness and environment, Sensory Nature Walk consists of immersing oneself in a forest, tuning the senses. It aims to deepen the connection between nature and the inner self.
In a small group setting, participants will journey along the Maribyrnong River, discover hidden treasures, and enjoy charming spots. They will participate in sensory activities to restore their inner peace.
The fully guided walk is of 3 hours duration and includes a tea ceremony. No prior experience is required.
By bringing people into deeper intimacy with nature, the organisers want people to notice the importance of nature and thus value it. People are more inclined to protect something they value. The practice repairs the reciprocal relationship between people and nature. It is essential to begin the healing process of the body, mind, and spirit. This leads to a healthier environment and healthier people. They strongly believe that you cannot have one without the other.
