Leesa Nash is the founder of Flow foREST Therapy and loves immersing in our wild world slowly. She works in partnership with nature, sharing gentle sensory, creative and physical practices, which connect the wellness & wellbeing of our wild selves with our planet. Leesa brings her skills as a Nature Mentor, Creative Arts Therapist & Certified Forest Therapy Guide FTG to practices for restful recovery. She weaves over 25 years of experience across the arts, education, disability, community and outdoor health sectors. Her love of experiential education continues in her work as a Lecturer and Mentor at the Institute of Forest Therapy
