Perfect to assist those on their zero-waste journey, this workshop teaches how to pickle and preserve produce ‘waste’ collected from the Queen Victoria Market Tour and Market stallholders.

Participants have the chance to discover the real value of waste and how to reduce what they throw away daily.

The workshop ends with a cooking demonstration using leftover food and includes a jar of pickles or preserve to take home.
