Perfect for those wanting to learn how to reduce their food waste, this tour begins by visiting the Queen Victoria Market stallholders to find out what food they will be throwing away if it’s not sold that day.

After that, the ‘waste’ collected will be taken back to the Market’s public demonstration kitchen to be used as ingredients of quick recipes.

The event also includes a talk from a market organic produce stallholder on the benefits of biodynamic and organic produce.
