Matt Heath is from Make Your Change and has over a decade of experience in consulting, project management, and climate action experience.

Sarah Rhodes is from Plastic Free Southeast Asia and is a trained climate leader, skilled project manager. She kick-started her consulting business, Plastic Free SEA, in 2015 in Cambodia, and is now based in Sydney to create even more impact for change.
