The report looks at the feasibility and context of establishing farmer incubators in Australia by examining the barriers and opportunities for new and aspiring small-scale farmers. It investigates the challenges new farmers experience in entering the field of regenerative agriculture.

There are also discussions about the Indigenous perspective, offering direction to policymakers, community members, and philanthropic groups.
