A workshop dedicated to sharing the wisdom of the healing properties of plants. By learning how to correctly identify, harvest, dry and make herbs into medicine, we are able to connect more deeply with ourselves and our environments. We are also empowered to take our health into our own hands. In this practical workshop participants will learn how to develop key plant identification skills, which includes basic botanical knowledge as well as the five senses.
Lily is a herbalist and permaculturist from Victoria. She has a background in native plant propagation and has been growing her own food since she was young. She built and lives in a tiny house, travels around collecting herbs, making them into tinctures and running workshops. She has been working for the last few months in Tasmania at Goulds Apothecary’s herb farm, and is excited to share her new plant friends.
