Wonthaggi Energy Innovation Inc. was established in 2006 with 2 objectives: 1. To showcase in Wonthaggi each year, innovative business, community and student products, services, ideas and actions helping people to reduce their carbon footprint. 2. To provide additional attractors and long term financial sustainability to the annual Wonthaggi Human Powered Grand Prix. Our event is still small by metropolitan standards, but growing as interest in reducing carbon emissions as well as power, fuel and water bills, increases. See www.weif.org.au
