Join us to continue our ongoing program (over 10 years) in preserving coastal habitat in an area relatively untouched by people. Because the Island is inaccessible to the public, many native plant species are thriving and being used as habitat and food for lizards, birds and other fauna. Activities in August will include mapping out rabbit warrens to access the amount of rabbits present and ongoing weed control.
