This seminar presents a unique opportunity to hear three experts discuss Victorian coastal laws, the planning system, and how we are planning for the impacts of climate change on Victoria’s coast.
Speakers:
Adrian Finanzio - Barrister, member of new Victorian Bar Climate Change and Environmental Law Panel. Adrian will discuss recent decisions and future directions.
Geoff Wescott - Expert in marine and coastal policy. Geoff will critically discuss developments in policy and the current system.
Nick Wimbush - Chair of the Coastal Climate Change Advisory Committee. Nick will discuss the current reform process in Victoria.
