EDO Seminar Series 2009
ENVIRONMENTAL LAW ONLINE
Victorian planning controls provide some of the most useful opportunities for protecting the environment. However, developers are often better resourced and more experienced than environmental objectors in using these legal mechanisms. Has community access to online legal information helped to redress this imbalance? Join us to hear expert speakers talk about community participation in Victoria’s planning system.
