“Our Home Our Land was written for all Australians. Anyone and everyone who walks on this land needs to know the history, Aboriginal Australia’s history, to fully appreciate their home.” Lou Bennett. The theme of this year’s Melbourne Millennium Chorus explores our relationship with the land we live on, including issues facing our environment through song, stories and dance. Our Home Our Land, is a song written by Lou Bennett, and is the title song for the 2009 Melbourne Millennium Chorus concert series.  The Melbourne Millennium Chorus, is an unauditioned choir involving singers from across Australia.  The Melbourne Millennium Chorus connects keen singers with outstanding artists and interesting music in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. This is the 12th concert series.
