After listening to feedback from the popular introductory workshops on Earth and sustainable building in the Blue Mountains, we are excited to offer bookings for a full day workshop on a building project involving load bearing straw bale and cob, including earth rendering. Participants will then have the option to attend any or all of the remaining week at no charge to gain even more experience and confidence.

Gain hands on experience and learn more about building sustainable homes from earth and recycled materials with Jason Dash from Mud & Straw Concepts, while having a lot of fun!

When: Monday 20 October 2008, followed by an optional
working bee for the rest of the week at no charge on any or all of the days.

What: Straw bale (load bearing) & cob, including earth rendering
