We want to get the climate emergency message to the crowd by having a visible contingent with banners, leaflets and so on. We also want to make sure the W.A.W. event is not a flop as that would be demoralising to a lot of people, so we want to publicise it and do our bit to make it a large rally.
We will organise banners & rally placards (possibly paint a banner at the working bee - we can use the space downstairs). We also want to organise to contact CEN members and affiliate organisations by phone to encourage them to come and bring people to be part of our
contingent and swell the numbers of the Walk. Any other ideas are welcome!
