A prestigious and eclectic line-up of food producers and chefs, designers and architects, authors and entrepreneurs, fashion and business figureheads will discuss all matter of sustainability issues.
Food for thought: The menu focuses on sustainable consumption, delivering a smorgasbord of locally sourced produce, raw, bio-dynamic and organic foods to tantalize the tastebuds. There's even an organic chocolate making session.
A multi-disciplinary design collaboration, the interior itself presents a sustainable design showcase. The never-been-seen-before dining products have been curated by Before and After in collaboration with a host of designers, following a brief to transform discarded objects into functional and desirable interior products. As an extension of the sustainability of the production itself, these limited edition pieces will be sold off during the week with proceeds going to the Brotherhood of St Lawrence.
Unique collections of innovative, sustainable products from independent designers around Australia will also be available to view and purchase.
