The City of Whitehorse’s Sustainable Living Week will be held from 13-20 April 2008. The week aims to inform, involve and encourage the whole community with the theme: make a difference – at home, at work, in your community. The week was first held in 2006, when more than 9500 people participated in the sustainable living activities. The event was a finalist in the United National Association of Australia – World Environment Day Awards 2007.
