The Citysmart Neighbourhood Fair is encouraging residents to come and learn about their local neighbourhood, local communities, environmental and sustainable issues and to green up their back yards whilst enjoying free entertainment.

Special guests are Sean Fitzgerald and Lish Fejer from ABC's Carbon Cops. They will be giving a stage presentation and answering questions from the public.

Local community groups, exhibitors and the Brisbane City Council will have stalls and experts to answer your questions on their role in the community.

There is a free plant give away for the first 350 eligible residents (A4 flyer with a 'tear off' voucher in your local Quest newspaper two weeks prior to the event). Additional vouchers will be available on the day but ID to prove local residence will be required.

Residents are encouraged to bring their children along as there will be a wildlife show, jumping castle and other activities to entertain them.
