The Citysmart Green Up afternoon event is encouraging local residents to come get a native plant pack to Green Up their yard.

Held in conjunction with the Wipe Out Weeds event, there will be free ice blocks and a free sausage sizzle with musicians to entertain you whilst you collect your plant pack. There will also be a Brisbane City Council information stand and trained staff to answer your questions.

The free plant give away is for the first 400 eligible residents (A4 flyer with a 'tear off' voucher in your local Quest newspaper two weeks prior to the event). There will be spare vouchers at the event for local residents. ID is required to obtain one of these vouchers ie. rates notice, driver's license.
