Key Presenter Andrew Partos:
Andrew Partos is an architect, landscape architect and urban designer. He currently works with VicUrban, Victoria’s sustainable development agency, where he is responsible for ensuring that high quality design and environmental outcomes are delivered across a range of projects across Melbourne.
Andrew was recently awarded the John Tabart Scholarship for researching the latest trends in COHOUSING around the world.
This research included visiting over 27 communities in Europe and North America, plus meetings with developers and designers of cohousing communities.
COHOUSING is an innovative and timely solution as it more easily addresses:
• affordability
• environmental
• social- helps create /community building issues, combating isolation and alienation.
