Building on the amazing success of the Eureka Award-winning (2007) Youth LEAD program, OzGREEN is delighted to announce their first leadership program for adults – Leading with the Heart. The program begins with a 3-day residential workshop that will enable you to:
* Strengthen your resilience to face up to global ecological challenges
* Harness inner wisdom to create new ways of living and reduce ecological footprint
* Build rational, emotional and spiritual intelligence
* Learn how to listen deeply and question strategically
* Connect and create communities of change with reach from local to global
All in a supportive fun environment that rekindles hope, reassurance and direction.

This is one of the most important things YOU can do RIGHT NOW for the future of yourself, your communities and the planet!!! And it’s really enjoyable too :-)

There is follow-up support afterwards and opportunities to train as mentors and facilitators for Leading with the Heart, and Youth LEAD – and opportunities to volunteer in OzGREEN programs within Australia and Internationally. Facilitator training workshops in Sydney in Jan 08.
