THE BELLINGEN GLOBAL CARNIVAL
The Bellingen Global Carnival is an annual multicultural and multi-arts festival celebrating Australian cultural diversity. The event blends traditional, classical, contemporary and electronic concerts reflecting modern day Australia . The Carnival concentrates on an experience that enables the audience to have an intimate encounter with the performers and their art form. Throughout the weekend the festival presents workshops for the public as well as outdoor physical theatre. Art, craft and photography are exhibited and the program also includes a forum that looks at social issues. The children’s festival includes professional child minding and crèche facilities, making the Carnival a family friendly weekend. There is a focus on contemporary electronic music, which draws from different cultures and is a fusion that juxtaposes the new with the more traditional. The festival bar provide a range of refreshments from alcoholic beverages to juices and the market arena offers delicious food & craft from around the world.

Envirocraft and Circus Works will be participating in the festival in the new Enviro Circus.
