Building on the amazing success of Youth LEAD, Oz GREEN is delighted to announce their first leadership program for adults – Leading with the Heart. The program begins with a 3-day residential workshop that will enable you to:
* Strengthen your resilience to face up to global ecological challenges
* Harness inner wisdom to create new ways of living and reduce ecological footprint
* Build rational, emotional and spiritual intelligence
* Learn how to listen deeply and question strategically
* Connect and create communities of change with reach from local to global
There is follow-up support afterwards and opportunities to train as mentors and facilitators for Leading with the Heart, and Youth LEAD – and opportunities to volunteer in Oz GREEN programs within Australia and Internationally.
