Victoria’s Agriculture Minister Joe Helper has stated he is keen to lift Victoria’s ban on the commercial growing of genetically engineered (GE) canola next February. If you don’t want GE canola in your margarine, cooking oil, dips, sauces, and many more foods, take action now Greenpeace Genetic Engineering Campaigner Louise Sales and GeneEthics Director Bob Phelps will give an introduction to the campaign. We'll then discuss ways that you can use your power as a voter, citizen and consumer to help us work towards a GE-free future. The meeting will be followed by a GE-free dinner at the Curry Pot on Lygon Street! Please RSVP to Find out more: http://www.greenpeace.org/australia/take-action/...
